This is an interactive and exploratory class designed for employees to learn positive and healthy tools to manage stress in high demanding workplaces and beyond. Wellness, in the trades will explore multiple topics focusing on employee health and well-being. Topics will include mental health, mindfulness, yoga and nutrition. Participants will gain useful knowledge and skills to practice self-care with an emphasis on physical and mental well-being. A full all level experience yoga class will be included during the session as well as interactive conversations and subject exploration.
